Sadly, that isn't likely to happen. Even if this is proven to be a scam beyond a shadow of a doubt, I predict many longs will continue to blame the bashers, the naked shorters, the SEC, etc. Anybody except the guy that stole their money.

If this does turn out to be a scam, I think everyone will be on the same page, wanting to see UC carted away in handcuffs on the evening news!
