I all for Dr.K going out and getting an actual part time job somewhere else, like say NASA in the meantime. It might show he is willing to work for his money instead of living very nicely off shareholder dilution.

I guarantee he is not working 8 to 12 hours a day everyday for that money like most CEO's I know who earn that type of Change.

What the heck does Muzi do at $170,000 dollar a year, as the company accountant how many hours does it take to keep track of no profits to speak of. How many hours does it take to file quarterly reports, especailly when the pay other vendors to actually do it for them and …. Jan … well let’s not get started there …LOL… how many hours a day are they working solely on seeing VSPC succeed and not on their own personal endeavors.

What the heck does the BOD members do to earn their diluted shares…. Why no company minutes or PR’s about BOD meetings and what the accomplished.

Why no shareholder meetings.

Why does he not answer one single hard question.
