Mismanaged in the sense that instead of personally tightening the belt for the good of the company. I would feel much better about the company if as our leader Dr. K stepped up and said I will take a pay freeze till I bring home true shareholder value. And that to me would be as little as a profitable cash-flow positive company on framed art alone. If Dr. K comes out and says we have reached the milestone where we are no longer selling stock to pay bills then I am perfectly fine with paying his 500k salary plus bonus and paying for stock promoters. But if the company is still showing quarterly losses of hundreds of thousands of $$ then I think 500k is too high and stock promotions are a waste of shareholder's money. Jmho.
