See if I got this through my thick skull.

There will be an Administrative Hearing in front of a judge. The S E C will be the plaintiff so to speak and CMKX will be the defendant. Now first off why is this necessary if the S E C can dictate to all the stock companies in America ? Why do they need to present their case to a judge ? Oh .. then the courts run this cra* eh ? So what's the case ?? The S E C is apparently going to tell the judge that CMKX misled them about the number of shareholders it had .. in order to get in under the requirements to file on a regular basis. Then just recently CMKX admitted this but said it was a legimate mistake. Now they are probably going to plead that they are good boys and girls and all the filings will be on the table immediately .. if not sooner. I'll bet the judge buys it. So what is the big deal here my friends ? The laundry is about to be exposed. Perhaps in a long shot there may even be an out of court settlement between the S E C and CMKX. This will be O K too I guess. Re the Citi B S. Don't ask me. It's a bit far fetched in my opinion. Re shorty. I think there is still a game here.
