Yes, well why go to the restaurant when home cooking has had it beat for 20+ years? I have occassionally made the mistake of ordering salmon at a restaurant. It usually isn't bad, but is often too salty and/or too buttery and the prices ridiculous. I love an alder-fire, cooked, fresh salmon steak or fillet with real simple/no topping and maybe a slice of parmesan bread on the side. Hard to beat a piece cooked on open fire camping out right where you get 'em too!
