Susman Godfrey is ready for her ruling on "limited discovery" they will take what they can get and then come back and ask for more with the information they find and submit. It is really the depositions that SG wants to convene.

She will grant 2004, with a limited scope, but will entertain the idea of a larger scope if new evidence to prove it is necessary is submitted to the court.

She should certify the appeal in the name of "judicial economy" because the FDIC has told her they will take it the highest court in the land if necessary.

She will only unseal the docs if they are no longer relevant.. At this point in time,, read the Dec 17th transript..
