I don't remember AMD ever releasing meaningful information before any launch. There is always a great deal of bluster but no data and very few leaks from reviewers. At this point I have no expectations whatsoever, one way or the other. Nevertheless, I wouldn't be at all surprised if AMD's SP gets a good pop if DullBozer is ever actually released.

I remember when Athlon was in the works. Late of course and everyone was waiting for AMD to announce something, anything. Finally bowing to pressure, AMD scheduled a big "announcement". It turned out to be an announcement of the date that AMD would announce the date of release.

That's the company I've been watching for nearly 30 years.
