So after the first time it happened shouldn't they have been in contact with Business Filings Incorporated setting certain guidelines for future filings to avoid it happening again?

I don't know how Colorado does things so that is why I am asking.

This reminds me of how "new" management dropped the ball on separating themselves from old management by continuing to not do any filings and by once again PRing an event weeks before the close leaving reason to doubt that it will happen again.

They continue to learn nothing from the past and give shareholders little reason to trust them moving forward.
