The court documents have the earlier date,
but that doesn't mean that Jeff had prior knowledge of the latest fradulent act. Doesn't mean that he DIDN'T either, though. You just can't make that deduction from that evidence alone.

Could be that you are right, but the documents do not support your allegation.
