Maybe the merger deal announced the day before was invented in the first place to give leverage with message board investors?

The "Jan 27" filing was actually submitted, accepted and posted on Jan 31 by the CO SOS. That means Jeff knew about the filing before the CO SOS did. Look at the dates on documents.
