Yes, I did notice that, a fraudulent filing can be amended, but the fraudulent issuance of shares is more damaging to shareholders and more difficult to repair. That said, it would appear based on the letter sent to the TA that should they issue shares based on what they now know, I would think that they would be held liable.
Equally, why did Josh or whomever just decide to fraudulently double the A/S and possibly even try to issue shares, they trying to purposely screw the company investors further. You and the other supporters of this fraudulent mascarade thoroughly disgust me, basically stealing from good honest american citizens you should all be behind bars as far as I am concerned.
