Notice that was sent to Compuserve and not the CO SOS. He's trying to prevent new stock from being issued. The AS is now 3 billion and Jeff apparently is unable to lower it.

Did anyone call the TA today for the current OS. Once stock is issued over 1.5b there's no putting that genie back in the bottle.
