Don't blame the MM's, you have to blame the company, its their responsibility to stay current with DTC, brokers wont trade it cuz their liability insurance wont allow them to. I see some broker or brokers are taking the risk to allow a few clients to sell shares. That broker is either uninformed or nuts, we'll see.
