Well, no one can sell right now, so these L2 limits are likely being set by the NITE MM, no retailers like us.
imo, we can't read anything from these numbers until actual trading resumes.
ie: it's nice to see a 0.25 ask, but that won't mean anything if someone starts shorting in earnest at 0.05 as soon as the gate opens for real.

as before, i'd see a walk-down as a buying op.
key is not to panic.
