I would have preferred him to have exercised 400,000 Options to enhance my own position..but not every one sees things as I do..Thank goodness for human nature..
P.S. Kindly post what our "French Guru" has to say about this event..since I do not see his posts directly..




True. On the other hand, the shareholders are diluted by 40000 shares. No free lunch.
