yea, the Methadone folks and those on benzos like Xanax which is perhaps a majority in my observational capacity. Those sickly folks with cancer and the duragesic patch and benzos like Valium et al. All of these people are sitting ducks for resp. depression/apnea/death. A chronic ampakine would make sense if comingled into the narcotic. Hell, it would be malpractice 'not' to use an ampakine in certain groups of folks. I agree that ADHD maybe more out there and speculative and the near term pay day would be or could be such a scenario. Since it's chronic use, they have a clinic ready compound in oral CX1739 but the suitor would want the RD rights and IV formulations as well.
