Regarding fins here's how I read it : (check out Carters summary of the conference call in the sticky)
1) Original timeframe was Q4 or Q1 2011
2) Timeline changed specifically to Jan 2011
3) It appears mergers are now in play --in discussions but nothing signed yet. There are parties on both the investor side and contractual side requiring audited fins. Timeline back to Q1
4) Audited fins are "ahead of schedule" for Q1 release
5) Look like end of this month early March with conf call to follow
