I disagree with you with regard to the IRP idea, because they could easily link DK's responses on the board on their website, or do other things, Think outside the box! I don't care as long as there's more transparency. The fact that you shut down the e-mails has led to ERHC only communicating via website and PR...that is a one way communication, and not a better outcome and not a dialog, and this company desperately needs to have two way communication, imo.

Second, you are not a lawyer nor a judge, so how can you simply state that the emails are illegal? The emails "clarify" the PR's, as opposed to "provide new information". There's a difference.

Third, I always post the emails to this board for the benefit of all. I think that is a good thing. And since this is a public board, any non-public information that gets posted here is no longer non-public information, because this is a public board. See? imo.

It's a shame that you had to shut down the email, it was all we had, really.
