here's the problem with that,not all erhc investors read ihub, so it would not be disseminated to all erhc shareholder's. it is illegal to send these emails. period. the fact that you post these up on the board as a company response should have been a clue that this should not be allowed.

the email that doc got from Total is the correct method, and the problem is when you speculate in an email, not being an official response, it causes confusion to investors.

the one thing that came out of your last convo was, there is no obstacle to putting out the nsai, it should have been put out ages ago and as i have been saying for months, you put it out and include it in the cpr later. nothing at all wrong with this.
