WOW I am glad that is straighten out. So lets see, and do some simple math. Deli had what 1 billion more then he needed. At $.0001 that is $100,000. At .00025 That is $250,000. The SEC said he is accused of making 4.3 million dollars. So clearly he did not sell enough of his own shares to earn a profit of 4.3 million
Plus if all he was doing was selling his own shares. Why was he buying shares at $.0001

No reason to buy shares if you are trying to get rid of what you have
