My recollection is that there was a restriction on the original GBE shares but I do not know what it was and it may not apply to the new split shares

as far as selling near the CPOW peak --those behind the pump would know to get out @.40 or .50 THEN go short after the first dump
then long for second pump, then short
so overall a lot more than $40 million is possible
