I am trying to get data on the share structure from the Transfer Agent. I will post it when I have it.
Something still doesn't make sense to me about this split. I cannot put my finger on it other than to say usually a split will show dramatically on a graph. For example at one time Berkshire Hathaway Class B shares were trading for a couple grand each, then Warren Buffet did a 50-1 split which is very unusual for him and the stock was trading around 70-80 dollars a share. That's when I bought a few, because I could never have afforded to have a piece of Berkshire before.
Another thing not clear at least for me is how many RESTRICTED SHARES there are.
For the 28 mil shares becoming 3 times that in a split at so many cents a share, they all would have had to have been sold at/near the peak to be worth the amounts you are quoting. Someone with Level II could do us a favor and add up how many shares have been sold since the split - might give us some idea but you can never easily divine who is selling.
Questions to check into: WHO got shares in the acquisition of GBE by CPOW? Are those shares RESTRICTED in whole or in part? Etc. Etc.
More due diligence to be done... Always seems to be that way with OTC stocks.
