Does it surprise you that most realtors today have little recollection of what took place in the last RE cycle? We are not talking a generation in time, are we?
I do not see without DOMESTIC job creation how these prices will merely plateau for the next eight years. A decade ago we were not outsourcing to Asia with the ferocity that we are now.
Put me down for the strengthening of the dollar being the catalyst for popping the bubble. That's another post unto itself. (Right now the dollar is due for a correction of its last run.)
