Wrote this earlier but deleted it and am reposting it without the typos:

Thank you Gildersleeve.

I think some of these questions are answered by the prospectus.

I have read through this a few times, trying to get a better picture on this company. I will continue to do my due diligence and share anything I find. If it becomes clear that something is just not right, I will be the first to bail. Just because I am moderating this board and own a small position does not mean I am married to this stock. But I'd like to think we have an entrepeneur here trying to get into the big time. So for now, cautious optimism on my part.

I am pretty sure the General Bio and Clean Power websites are very outdated, including who is there doing what. I mentioned earlier that the first time I looked at the CPOW website (before I bought some stock) it had not been updated since 2007. I don't know how old the data is on the General Bio site. I am not going to commment on people's qualifications as stated on these websites. If someone is really concerned about that they shouldn't be investing in such a small micro-cap start up. It takes time and money to develop personnel, things an emerging company does not have a lot of.

As far as I know, Mike Shehner and Cory Turner are it along with a handful of other staff. This is the personnel data I have from the web, which is probably more current:

I cannot find it now but somewhere I found the employees listed as 8 total.

Another poster has been trying to tie someone named Troy Metz to this company. I never heard of this guy before I saw that post. I cannot find anything to indicate current involvement with the company. Worth checking into. Anyone very concerned about this could email IR on this and let us know.

If there was anything concrete on allegations of insider trading then the cease trade from the BCSC would have continued. My understanding was this whole matter was over unusual trading volume from the paid promos. It certainly put some damper on the volume. But at no time did the stock stop trading in the U.S. that I know of. The BCSC website is: http://www.bcsc.bc.ca/
If someone has questions/concerns about the matter, the agency could be contacted.

I would like this board to have freely flowing communication, pro and con, and posters should feel free to post links and whatever they want -- as long as it is on-topic and within the terms of use of this site.
