Troy Metz, was the former cheif development officer with CGF, and after became the president of GBE in 2008.

I've posted this link at least once before.

The legend for the box listing the key executives says the amounts of their compensation are current as of 31 Dec 2010. While no amounts are listed, I think it is reasonable to assume that Troy Metz was Chief Development Officer on 31 Dec 2010.

Additionally, Troy Metz is listed as President of General Bio Energy in this lease dated 1 Feb 2009. I haven't read the lease, just skimmed it, but it is between Margaret & Michael Shenher and Troy Metz: http://sec.edgar-online.com/clean-power-concepts-inc/8-k-current-report-filing/2010/05/03/section36.aspx

Notice the URL is 2010/05/03, 8k current report - i.e. it is a filing in conjunction with the "acquisition" of General Bio Energy by CPOW in May:

It seems odd to me that those of you who claim to have been following this company "since the beginning" have never heard of Troy Metz.
