I think maybe you should attend a few malls in paradise and see just how 'busy' they aren't. That store (and I don't deny that it probably will open) doesn't have a chance in hell of making $5000 in revenue in a day...any day...let alone $10,000. People usually don't break down the doors to buy overpriced brandless tshirts and hats.
