Gee ... didn't EIGH already announce one Dividend they did not honor and could not afford??? A second one??? WHOA. Didn't the first one cause enough problems?? jmo a perfect solution would be for the SEC to order EIGH to declare and pay a .10 cash dividend without any dilution to the stock.
