Well, the BCSC is doing its part there, of course has no jurisdiction over USA, but that's why the securities comission here should also go after those fraudulent speculators, thwarting the development of genuine companies like CPOW, and I feel they will soon...so for those involved in such illegal activities should watch their backs...
