I agree whole heartily if that is the case but my point is if everything occurs the way we expect managements position with funds managers and shareholders would be better-off if they allowed us to reward them for a job well done instead of them possibly rewarding themselves again on top of what they have already generously awarded themselves. As I stated in my earlier post I feel there should be an award for even fighting a hard battle no matter what the outcome is, however I think they have rewarded themselves exceedingly beyond what a just compensation is for a hard fought battle. There is no humility in the way that management has proceeded to reward themselves. They should have left a little room for shareholders to weigh in a reward them for possibly a job well done, don't you think.
