Correct.

I am drawing the same conclusion: the Monk's Den online investment group FLD was illegally orchestrated and colluded.

FLDs fall in an extremely grey area, with respect to legality--however, the scheme Monk's Den employed most certainly violated Section 17 of The Securities Act of 1933, entitled "Fraudulent Interstate Transactions".
