I live and work in Denver, CO. I own a NV corporation as well. You do have to maintain a registered agent in NV. If you were to look up my company it would have the address of my agent which is 601 E. Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104. This was done because there is no state tax in NV. I only pay federal tax by doing it this way. I believe Delaware and Wyoming have this option as well.
