"I had a Nevada corp some time back and as I recall we had to maintain a Nevada "registered agent" in the state. That may be the Nevada address being talked about here.

Looks like I better be prepared to add some. Don't like loading up on anything too much. Rough right now. I was hoping we wouldn't drop like this but it is always a risk."

This sounds like a perfectly legitimate reason to have a virtual office in Nevada imo. Your laughing and pointing fingers does nothing but show your true colors...
