I doubt they will sue anything.. but Intel has the aresenal to fight back. Do you really think AMD can prove a case? Intel can go in an prove that AMD had a less than stellar chip in that period, and can prove that this may have been the reason why AMD lost marketshare. But if they do go at it, both will lose in the long run and so will customers, Intel should do the right thing, and not stifle competition, but do everything that is LEGAL to grow their own marketshare and take AMDs. That's life.
