As you can see, as of 8 April 2010 it merely said that "the Company" was no longer accepting new applications.

No "for sale" sign, so that must have been added later. The note saying it isn't affiliated with EIGH is there, and on the enlarged image (click on it) it's dated 25 October 2009.
