This is a NY Times "1993" article about moving important residents from the towers after the bombings. Along with these tenants building 7 would later contain all evidence from WorldCom and Enron scandals. Enron alone was 17billion.....everything destroyed. In a nutshell....we put all the bad eggs in one building. Silverman must of had a stroke when 7 survived with minor damage.
