Rockwell Automation Reports First Quarter 2011 Results

Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) today reported fiscal 2011 first quarter revenue of $1,365.8 million, up 28 percent compared to $1,067.5 million in the first quarter of fiscal 2010. The year-over-year impact of currency translation was negligible in the quarter. Fiscal 2011 first quarter net income was $150.1 million or $1.04 per share, compared to $76.6 million or $0.53 per share in the first quarter of fiscal 2010.
