Restricted? Nope the commons were dumped by the people who received them for services - you cant eat shares. Ok, I guess you could but they wouldnt taste very good. You really think Tom Hands and Pillay worked for FREE? Or that the current people allegedly running PYCT are working for FREE? Went from 16 billion+ to 22 billion now. Thats all tha matters.

Now the newly created Preferred Shares are allegedly restricted until 2012 - but they can change that with the stroke of a pen.

With scams like this one who really knows who is selling what, when? Unaudited financials are dubious at best. And the ones PYCT puts out are beyond dubious.
