So the 'company' HAS been dumping off shares by the billions...all but just a couple know this, Argument over. However, don't lose sight of that $600K note to Rich Capital....which is run and owned by Banks. What is he going to do with another5 to 6 Billion shares of this junk???? I would bet that the note will convert to what ever the new symbol is OR the TA is "freeing" up those shares early (basically unregistered) to compensate Banks for the spin-down or spin-off of shares that will happen with the name change... IMO, it just does not make much sense for him to set up Rich Capital and then not have it disclosed anywhere in the financials. I would bet they now have their hand forced to have to 'work this in to the plan' where they come out and state that production will start soon, distributors are lined up and "final negotiations" (again) have started. Just can't wait till we hear the next group of juicy forward looking statements from the Chuckle Hut.
Just so funny watching them try to hide the activity of dumping off shares at .00005...no wonder there is such silly hyping going on here - who wouldn't want to sell at .0001? Just check the volume over the last several weeks and see all those .0001s at the bid fly.
