Is it possible? Could Nokia be selling short to drive the IDCC stock price down and put pressure on management into a more favorable settlement? They could use some intermediate to do the selling to avoid problems with the SEC. Jorma wouldn't play dirty, would he? Spitzer, are you investigating Nokia? Any comments are welcome.
