hi, tc .. any opinion, please? .. my Norton (have been happy with it) runs out in about 10 days .. i just asked my
computer shop guy whether he thought any FREE had a good enough firewall .. ie provided good enough security ..

he thought no, if one does a lot of surfing .. told him i don't visit any dodgy sites .. he
smiled, and still didn't think the windows firewall or Free ones firewalls were good enough ..

i mentioned Microsoft Essentials to him, http://www.microsoft.com/security/products/mse.aspx .. and got the impression he didn't know it that well ..

It's been suggested to me that having, running and updating ME along with http://www.malwarebytes.org/ ..

provides good safe security .. would appreciate any opinion on that ..

Lol, my computer shop guy is a decent chap, and has done the right thing by me .. he is a businessman though and sells 1 yr Norton for $59 ..
