yep....I did those things...

and I filed a claim with McDonalds' insurance company. They will most likely, as you say, be responsible for medical expenses and lost wages as Disability doesn't pay what one makes while working. The "pain and suffering", etc. is up in the air at this point and even if it is an issue it will only be for a nominal amount and quite frankly, that isn't my main concern. I will be happy if I can come out of this financially unscathed. I am not the type that sees dollar signs when I see a big company.
