I never thought of how many shares are restricted....hmmm....Perhaps you can help me with some DD. And please forgive my ignorance I'm still learning where to get such numbers from. Anyways...as far a restricted shares go.

13,000,000 issued after merger restricted?
4,000,000 issued certain parties that have assisted with the completion of the SPA
