You don't BUY the land .. you 'claim' the mineral rights .. which you get for ONE year. During this year you must do some exploration work on it and file the report to maintain the Rights into the second year or beyond. It's like buying the Punch Board or the Pull Tabs in your local Bar and looking under the squares. Only in this real mineral exploration world there is usually nothing under any of the Tabs.
