to tell you what a joke this whole renewable energy crap has become, I live in Humbold County in Northern California near Oregon. It is overcast here about 75-80% of the time, either raining, foggy, or cloudy. There are solar panels going up all over the place up here. Figure out that logic, to go along with the evaporation ponds, to become a zero-dicharge facility, the local Wastewater Plant spent millions building in an area that rarely gets above 60f. Needless to say, they don't work so we now discharge more crap into the ocean that ever before. Oh, we were going to have windmills all along the ridges and near the ocean but the local environmentalists shut that project down, along with the wave energy project, because of the danger to birds and fish. The idiocy never ends here on the North Coast.
