This line below is odd. I wonder if they meant 4.6 billion transactions rather than "shares"...geez 4.6 billion shares in a day doesn't even handle CMKX much less all the other stocks and exchanges.

"It is a highly automated environment that can handle in a given day up to 4.6 billion shares traded across all U.S. markets."
