People have orders to buy up to $.10. Yesterday buy orders that were in at .06 and .10 were filled at 0.03. Don't be fooled into thinking there are not buy orders stacked up and not getting filled. People are trying to buy shares and not getting them.

There are approximately 236MM shares that can be accounted for in the market out of a total issuance of 143MM."
