I have been an AMST holder for a few years now, starting with SCII. I have been watching this board constantly for a couple years now. I have a decent amount of $$$ tied up in AMST and am anxiously waiting news. I do feel good that this company is doing good things that will benefit us in time. I have been invested in too many companies that pump out "filler" PR's that eventually are meaningless. I don't enjoy this silence, but in the same regard, sometimes waiting until everything is lined up is better then forecasting what may happen.

With that being said, I do recall seeing in the merger between SCII and Histostem that there would be no reverse split guarantee for 2 years. Hopefully we can get some ground covered here before the deadline opens this option up.
