patchman, with your "official" FTD confirmation...

You really just confirmed that there is an "official" naked short here with NWTT.

It doesn't matter if the Failure to Deliver (FTD) is in the amount of 1 million shares, lower, or higher. Bottom line, if there is an "official" confirmation of an FTD existing, then such means that the entire Float has been bought up and that there are no more shares in the remaining inventory of shares within the NWTT Float to be bought. That means that people are buying shares above the number of shares in the ”actual” Float per the SEC link you posted. This actually confirms the post below:

With this deficit of shares, as the volume and price increase as it has since the time frame of such indication of such deficit existing from what you have posted, the deficit of shares needing to be covered would grow into something worse.

I did not buy NWTT on the hopes of it being a naked short play. I bought primarily because of their gold merger and the potential valuation that is pending to be released from their gold. If for some reason such continues to be the case with the FTD situation, then that would be an added plus in my opinion.

Again, your confirmation from the SEC of the NWTT FTD situation is below for those who had not seen it yet.

According to the SEC files, the fails to deliver in NWTT for the second half of December 2010 consisted of fails for a single day.

20101221|62948J103|NWTT|1000000|NW Tech Capital, Inc. Common S|.

1 million fails in a company with 5 Billion shares. Hardly a massive naked short.
