This IS WaveySystems after all, perhaps the share price is being walked down to bolster the shorts while an S1 gets filed to put another $50m on the shelf which is used to place 6.25m shares at a premium price of $8 per share which jolts the market, causes a MoMo run, spikes the SP to $16 during which NewBigAuto gets announced for $15m upfront, driving SP to 20 overnight, the shorts bail, it goes to $25, that evening the Employees et al flip all of their options/warrants as it rides to $30, I buy in on margin at 30, and it closes the week at 16.

Wave has about $80m flow into the treasury, the Bain placement scores, and Wave can do that whole grow the business thingy ... and I've got a margin call.
