Rmarchma, Thanks for BOD input info...

Forgive me if I remain highly skeptical of Ms. Point acting as an effective shareholder interface to the full BOD.

Nevertheless, I will distill my thoughts about the misalignment of shareholder and management interests and forward same to the IDCC directors' email address.
